Strengthening Families

Improve your Family Relationship

For Families and their children 7-17

The Strengthening Families program (SEP) is a free 11-week parenting series where youth and parents participate in an interactive class setting. Working together, parents and youth learn how to interact positively and build their family strengths.

Have fun while you help your family grow through group discussion, activities, projects, encouragement, incentives and more!
